  The user/customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the personal information provided when creating an account and/or submitting product orders through the website.

4. Company Rights & Obligations
   The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove products before or after publication.
   It bears no responsibility for user-submitted content or for any potential infringement of third-party rights.
   It may suspend or delete accounts that violate the Terms of Use or applicable laws.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Content

• Photographs, photo compositions, or edited images that are original creations and do not infringe third-party rights.

• Mockups, patterns, templates, textures, and 3D elements.

• Original digital products (such as posters, artwork, design assets).

• Educational or professional digital materials (such as templates, guides, tutorials, or learning files), provided they are original and do not infringe intellectual property rights.

Prohibited content includes:

• Music, films, books, or any other material protected by third-party copyrights.

• Offensive, obscene, violent, or age-inappropriate content.

• Material that promotes hate, racism, discrimination, or misleading practices.

• Products containing trademarks or registered designs without authorization.

• Any material considered misleading or in violation of intellectual or industrial property laws.

6. Usage & Printing Licenses
   Personal / Home Use License:
   Files purchased without a commercial license are intended solely for personal or home use, or for professional projects without commercial intent, and may not be used for resale or commercial printing.
   They may be used for private decoration, presentations, or creative samples, but not for reproduction or distribution of the designs (in whole or in part) on a large scale or within any commercial activity without a proper license.
   All available designs and files are provided, unless otherwise specified, exclusively for personal or home use.

The Personal / Home Use License does not permit:

• The production or sale of physical products (such as t-shirts, posters, mugs, prints, or decorative items) featuring all or part of the design.

• Uploading, redistributing, or reselling the files on other platforms, websites, or marketplaces.

• Sharing, distributing, or republishing the files to third parties, whether for free or for compensation.

Commercial License:
Any use beyond personal or non-commercial purposes, including professional or commercial exploitation of the files, requires obtaining a Commercial Use License.
This license defines the type, scope, and extent of permitted use, depending on the product and intended purpose.
For using electronic files or designs in commercial products, prints, or physical items for sale (such as t-shirts, posters, mugs, bags, wall art, decorative items, and other merchandise), a commercial license must be obtained in advance.
The cost and conditions of each commercial license will depend on:

• The type of design,

• The number of permitted prints or the scale of use,

• The type of product or commercial activity.
  The price and details of each commercial license will be displayed next to the corresponding product or communicated via the licensing page, ensuring transparency and full compliance with the platform’s terms.

7. Financial Terms
   Creators offering products through the platform receive payment for each sale after the deduction of the platform’s commission fee.
   The commission rate is determined by the platform’s current policy and may vary depending on the product type or collaboration terms.
   Payments are processed periodically based on recorded earnings and completed transactions.
   The platform bears no responsibility for payment delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

8. Final Provisions
   The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with corresponding updates on the website.
   These Terms are governed by Greek law, and the competent courts of the company’s registered seat shall have jurisdiction.
